Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience in a pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school setting desirable
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Skilled in providing both direct and consultative services
- Compassion for students with a range of communication and learning needs
- Excellent communication, time management, and documentation abilities

- Deliver assessments, therapy, and intervention for students in grades K–12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

- Document evaluation results, therapy sessions, and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Adapt therapy materials and treatment methods for diverse student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
