Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings is preferred
- Familiarity with a range of communication disorders in children
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to collaborative work with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs in grades K–12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other professionals for holistic support
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development as needed
