What We’re Looking For:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license, with school experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload as a case manager for 17 students
- Experience developing and tracking communication goals for school-age children
- Comfortable collaborating with other SLPs and staff, sharing responsibilities as part of a service team
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting diverse learners in early education
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as case manager for 17 students, monitoring progress and facilitating meetings as needed
- Create individualized goals, provide therapy, and track outcomes for a total caseload that includes 41 additional students (responsibility shared with a Friday-only SLP)
- Develop and implement effective intervention plans in compliance with school policies
- Consult and communicate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each student
- Maintain thorough documentation for all services provided
