Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship, as well as relevant state licensure
- Previous experience in school settings, pediatrics, or early childhood strongly preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfort adapting therapy plans for diverse, individualized needs
- Commitment to fostering student growth and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services for students in grades K–12
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals to support student success
- Adapt interventions for a variety of diagnoses and need levels, from mild to profound
- Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to ongoing program planning
