Preferred Skills & Needed Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP); CFY candidates will also be considered
- Background working with pediatric populations, with experience in early childhood and elementary school settings strongly valued
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement IEPs, as well as collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K–12 students, including assessments and individualized interventions
- Develop and maintain treatment plans and IEPs, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students’ educational progress
- Maintain clear records and document progress according to school and district policy
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
