Pediatric Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
- Recent experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy, including early childhood and elementary populations
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Comfort managing caseloads with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing screenings, evaluations, and individualized therapy for K–12 students
- Developing and implementing IEP speech therapy goals
- Consulting with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintaining timely, organized documentation of services and outcomes
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to a collaborative school environment
