Speech Language Pathologist in Seattle, WA

Desired Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Washington State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience within school settings or with school-age children preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance documentation
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete speech, language, and communication assessments for students as required
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver both direct and consultative services in individual and group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise to support educational planning
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive outcomes
