Speech Language Pathologist in Spanaway, WA

- Active Washington State SLP license and ESA certification
- Eligibility as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a range of speech and language disorders
- Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering effective speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families for student success
- Conducting speech and language evaluations, documenting progress, and maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Developing individualized treatment plans
