Speech Language Pathologist in Tacoma, WA

Qualifications:
- Current Washington State SLP license and ESA certification required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Open to SLPs with CCC or those working toward Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Familiarity with educational SLP responsibilities and IEP processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A passion for working with school-aged children
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech-language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state standards
- Participate in team meetings and support school-wide initiatives
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth
