Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State SLP license and ESA certification (required)
- Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates welcome, as well as those with ASHA certification (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Strong desire to work with K-12 students who have a wide range of speech and language needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, assessments, and contribute to IEP documentation
- Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate service records and progress notes in accordance with school policies
