This full-time, contract role welcomes Speech-Language Pathologists with various backgrounds, from Clinical Fellows (CFY) to those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Position Highlights:
- Several positions available for the 2026-2027 academic year
- Full-time contract supporting a diverse caseload in a dynamic educational environment
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
- Maintain timely, detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver direct and consultative services both individually and in group settings
- Provide education and resources to staff and families to reinforce strategies in various environments
Qualifications:
- Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Washington
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) credential required
- Open to SLPs with CCC or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous school-based experience is an advantage, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
