This full-time, contract role welcomes Speech-Language Pathologists with various backgrounds, from Clinical Fellows (CFY) to those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Position Highlights:

  • Several positions available for the 2026-2027 academic year
  • Full-time contract supporting a diverse caseload in a dynamic educational environment
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
  • Maintain timely, detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Deliver direct and consultative services both individually and in group settings
  • Provide education and resources to staff and families to reinforce strategies in various environments

Qualifications:

  • Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Washington
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) credential required
  • Open to SLPs with CCC or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous school-based experience is an advantage, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Strong commitment to promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment
