Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Washington State SLP license and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required
- Accepting candidates with SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials

- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct speech and language assessments, analyze results, and document findings
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success in and out of the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and help facilitate student progress toward communication and academic goals
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to compliance with state and federal guidelines
