Qualifications and Desired Experience:

- Washington state licensure (or eligibility pending)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with children, educators, and families
- Familiarity with IEP process and school documentation systems
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
- Offer direct and indirect therapeutic services within classroom and pull-out settings
- Collaborate with teachers, resource staff, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for evaluations, treatment, and reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide training and resources for staff as needed
