Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and track progress toward individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create an inclusive learning atmosphere
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
- Provide guidance and training for staff when needed
