Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility in Illinois, along with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status
- Familiarity with school-based therapy and a range of communication disorders across various age groups
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Proficiency in developing IEPs, documenting progress, and delivering evidence-based interventions
- Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices is a plus

- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication needs
