Key Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric SLP services
- Open to both Clinical Fellows and seasoned SLP-CCCs
- Ability to manage a caseload of about 40 students effectively
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in PreK and kindergarten students
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
- Maintain documentation and progress tracking in compliance with school policies
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional development
