This is a hybrid, full-time position (40 hours/week), with potential for minor scheduling flexibility (minimum 7.5 hours/day). Expect to spend at least two days each week on campus, providing SLP-A supervision, collaborating with administration, and managing testing—transitioning to a two-day campus presence once strong rapport is achieved. Your expertise will support K-8 students across Graebner Elementary and Poe Middle School campuses, managing a caseload of about 110, with SLP-As handling direct therapy under your leadership.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP Licensure (required)
- ASHA Certification (where applicable)
- Experience in school-based settings (preferred)
- Bilingual or monolingual candidates welcome
- Proven leadership and supervision abilities
