Desired Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP License (Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulation)
- ASHA Certification (if applicable)
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) for designated role; Monolingual candidates welcomed
- Experience supervising/supporting SLPAs preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- References ready prior to interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs (Speech Language Pathology Assistants)
- Oversee comprehensive case management and facilitate ARD meetings
- Write goals, prepare paperwork, and complete re-evaluations
- Manage caseloads (PK-8th grade, up to ~100 students), across 1-2 schools per assignment
- Foster student growth and collaborate with school staff
