Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cibolo, TX
Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (CCC) passionate about making a difference in school-based settings. This contract role, beginning August 12, 2026, through May 26, 2027, offers a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a unique on-site/hybrid model. SLPs are needed for three campus assignments, supporting PreK through eighth-grade students with the help of SLPA supervision.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP licensure (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience supervising SLPAs in school settings
- Experience participating in ARD meetings and IEP documentation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants encouraged for the designated bilingual assignment
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with campus administrators and teams
- Reliable references required

Position Details & Duties:
- Provide direct SLP services to caseloads of about 100 students, supported by SLPA(s) (assignments vary by campus)
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs, including conducting regular on-campus supervision (at least 2 days/week)
- Manage and prepare ARD paperwork, write goals, and facilitate ARD meetings using established scripts
- Complete re-evaluations and collaborate with the district evaluation team for initial evaluations
- Assignments available:
- Bilingual SLP (Hillcrest Elementary & Bonham Academy)
- Monolingual SLPs (Schenck Elementary; Graebner & Poe Middle)
