Desired Qualifications:
- Active TX SLP Licensure (Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulation)
- ASHA certification (if hours are logged)

- Strong communication and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision and mentorship of SLP-As
- Managing caseloads of approximately 110 K-8 students across two campuses
- Conducting student assessments, evaluations, and case management
- Forming positive relationships with campus staff and administration
- Participating in hybrid work, spending at least two days a week onsite
- Ensuring timely documentation and compliance
