Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Texas SLP Licensure (Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulation)
- ASHA Certification preferred (if hours are logged)
- Minimum one year school-based SLP experience recommended
- Experience supervising and mentoring SLPAs
- Ability to support diverse ages (PK-8th grade); bilingual Spanish fluency preferred for one position
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Supervise SLPAs and manage assigned caseload (approx. 100 students per campus)
- Conduct student evaluations, re-evaluations, and facilitate ARD meetings (including paperwork/goal preparation)
- Build relationships with campus admins and engage collaboratively
- Work on-site 2+ days weekly per assignment requirements, remaining hybrid as needed
- Maintain compliance with district and state documentation
