Qualifications and Preferences:
- Hold an active Speech Language Pathologist license in Texas.
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-based caseloads is preferred.
- Ability to supervise SLPAs and manage IEP caseloads efficiently.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills.
- Bilingual Spanish speakers strongly encouraged, though not required.
- Must be able to complete or verify fingerprints through the TEA; allow up to 10 business days for results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to K–12 students, helping them build essential communication and language skills.
- Oversee and provide guidance to SLPAs across assigned campuses, ensuring best practices and compliance.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support students’ individualized education plans.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to case management as needed.
