Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary school-aged students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational setting
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services for students with varying levels of need, from moderate to profound
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote student progress and achievement
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
