Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- SLP-CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
- Comfortable working with students from early childhood to high school (K–12)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy for K–12 students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in meetings
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students and staff
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Adapt therapy to accommodate a range of student needs and learning styles
