Early Childhood Education (ECE) Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lubbock, Texas

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLP license for the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)

- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to develop individualized intervention strategies
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students with a range of needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and maintain documentation in compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
