Ideal Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible Texas SLP license
- Prior experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for work with interdisciplinary teams
- Understanding of IEP processes and commitment to evidence-based practice
- Adaptable and compassionate approach to supporting students with a wide range of needs
- CFs considered; supervisory support is available
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy, evaluations, and interventions to K–12 students, adjusting methods for individual needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress tracking
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and ongoing professional development
- Serve as a key resource to students and families navigating communication challenges
