Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K–12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain all required documentation and comply with local/state/federal guidelines
- Manage a caseload of approximately 60–65 students, typically at a single school
