Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as referred
- Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with each student’s IEP goals
- Deliver direct speech and language interventions, both individual and group
- Collaborate with teachers, special education professionals, and families to support carryover of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student program planning
- Keep accurate and timely records of therapy sessions and student progress
- Provide consultations and support for staff addressing speech and language concerns
