Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Previous experience working with school-age children preferred
- Strong clinical skills in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative working abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with a range of needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and supporting educational planning
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor goals for student achievement
- Provide guidance to classroom staff and support the use of communication strategies in daily routines
- Ensure timely completion of evaluations, progress reports, and other required documentation
