Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Mobile, AL

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings
- Expertise conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing therapy plans
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Design and deliver individualized therapy sessions
- Create and update progress reports in accordance with IEPs and educational guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and federal standards
