- Previous experience in a school environment preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results
- Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support in accordance with outlined goals
- Monitor student progress, document interventions, and adjust treatments as needed
- Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Communicate regularly with parents, educators, and school staff
