Speech Language Pathologist in Rome, GA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility in Georgia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for students with diverse needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group formats
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and evaluation reports
- Offer guidance and resources to families and staff regarding speech and language development
