Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current SLP state licensure or eligibility to obtain.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet IEP or 504 goals.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress.
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small group settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for student support.
