School Speech Language Pathologist - Atlanta, Georgia

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for Georgia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
- Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments to intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster a supportive learning environment
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel and families as needed
