Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- School-based or pediatric experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting students’ academic and personal growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct intervention services in one-on-one and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student progress
- Document evaluations, session notes, and progress reports in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute professional insight, and advocate for appropriate services
- Provide resources and training to teachers and caregivers to promote student success
