School Speech Language Pathologist - Grovetown, GA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Possession of (or eligibility for) state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Experience working in school settings is valued
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s needs and goals
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all relevant federal, state, and school requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide consultative support to educators to facilitate classroom-based language development strategies
