Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working with school-age children or in a school-based role is highly desirable
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative spirit
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in alignment with district and legal requirements
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social development
- Engage in professional development and participate in relevant school meetings or trainings
