- Maintain or be eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Demonstrate knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and individualized interventions within a school environment
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
Major Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, individually or in group settings
- Conduct assessments and assist in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to address diverse student needs
- Maintain accurate records and provide progress reports per school and district guidelines
- Support students’ academic and social success by applying evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy
