School Speech Language Pathologist - Humble, Texas

In this engaging role serving an elementary caseload, you will conduct evaluations, supervise SLPAs, and manage a small group of students with diverse speech and language needs. As you provide expert support and develop individualized plans, your guidance and mentorship will have a meaningful impact on students’ growth and confidence.
What we're looking for:
- Active Texas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with children in a school setting preferred
- Ability to provide supervision for SLPAs
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders
- Clear communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and evaluating students’ speech and language needs
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Supervising and supporting SLPAs as required
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
