Qualifications:
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist certification (CCC required)
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Ability to supervise SLPAs and conduct evaluations
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to a small, dedicated elementary caseload
- Oversee, guide, and support SLPAs to ensure quality care for all students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, write detailed reports, and communicate results to school teams and families
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student progress
