What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels)
- Valid or eligible license from the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions
- Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply)
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is advantageous
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Passion for fostering student growth and addressing diverse speech and language needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop, and implement individualized speech and language therapy for elementary-aged students
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of services, progress, and assessments
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt approaches and materials to meet students’ unique needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment
