School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lawrence, Massachusetts

A contract opportunity is available for a dedicated SLP (or SLP Clinical Fellow) for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers a consistent schedule of 34 hours per week, supporting students in a friendly elementary environment.
What We Look For:
- Active Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels)
- Current or eligibility for Massachusetts Board of Allied Health licensure
- Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC) – Clinical Fellows are also welcome
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Document services provided to comply with state and federal requirements
- Implement evidence-based practices tailored to elementary student needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
