Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels)
- Licensed or license-eligible with the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health
- Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
- Passion for working with elementary school-aged students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary school students
- Assess student communication abilities and develop individualized plans
- Maintain accurate documentation for services, progress, and compliance
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and supporting student success
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
