Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Current (or eligible) Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels)
- Valid license (or eligibility) from the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health
- Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
- Experience or strong interest in serving elementary students in a school setting
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic growth through evidence-based practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Monitor students’ development and adjust intervention plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
