Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current SLP licensure in Florida (CCC required)
  • School-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred
  • Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads (K-12, ASD, EBD, InD, resource therapy)
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
  • Must complete fingerprinting/credentialing requirements (potential for expedited processes)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students (caseloads vary by school and age group)
  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, track progress, and report outcomes
  • Collaborate with school teams, families, and support staff
  • Support students across mainstream, ASD, EBD, and PK resource settings
  • Provide coverage for maternity leave or full-year assignments as needed
