Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree and active SLP licensure required
- ASHA CCC credential strongly preferred
- Prior school-based SLP experience is advantageous
- Willingness to work across multiple sites (1-2 schools/assignment)
- Flexibility with caseloads: K-8, PK resource, ASD, EBD, InD units, middle and high school
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to students in a full-time, on-site capacity
- Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and fellow SLPs/SLPAs
- Manage and adapt caseload assignments: middle/high school, K-8, ASD/EBD units, and resource therapy
- Complete required documentation and data tracking
- Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
