Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Channelview, Texas

Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
- Experience working in K-12 schools, with a strong understanding of educational and pediatric SLP needs
- CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Compassionate communicator and dedicated advocate for student growth
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services for assigned caseload (elementary or secondary students)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
- Utilize creative, evidence-based approaches to address speech and language goals
- Support educational staff through consultation and training on best practices
