What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Eligible for (or possession of) Connecticut licensure
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload, working with students of various ages and needs
- In-person availability required (remote/virtual candidates will not be considered)
What you’ll do:
- Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to K-12 students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for assigned students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Serve as a resource and advocate for effective communication strategies within the school communities
