Key Requirements:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license for the state of Texas
- Previous professional experience in a school environment
- Comfortable working with pediatric populations (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY backgrounds welcome)
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Dedication to supporting students in their learning and communication goals
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Adapt and implement individualized therapy plans to meet students’ diverse needs
- Provide guidance and resources to educators and families to support student progress
