- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students, documenting findings and recommendations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy services
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to children with varying needs, both in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support student success and progress
- Maintain accurate records of evaluation, treatment, and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input to multidisciplinary teams
