Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Anchorage, AK

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP licensure and eligibility for certification in Alaska
- Strong background in pediatric speech-language disorders
- Experience in school settings is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct intervention, both one-on-one and in small groups, targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency objectives
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to state and organizational guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to student goal-setting
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
