Qualifications:
- Current Alaska SLP License required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic practices
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to meet each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, parents, and other team members to optimize student outcomes
- Document progress, maintain service records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and proactive learning environment
