- Strong understanding of IEP processes, speech and language disorders, and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions to address students’ needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student support
