Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Allentown, PA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFYs will be considered
- Previous experience or practicum in pediatrics, especially within school settings
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress tracking, and case management
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments for students across various grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Provide direct therapy in both individual and small group formats
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student progress reporting
- Maintain accurate records, data collection, and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
