Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for practice in Arizona
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly desired
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students referred for services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to support speech, language, and communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for student growth
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in pediatric SLP
