- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply
- Experience with pediatric caseloads in schools or clinical settings
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to establish rapport with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights and documentation
- Maintain accurate, timely records and comply with all federal and state regulations
- Provide guidance and resources to educational staff for supporting students in the classroom
